Ingredients
Medjool dates, cut in half, pitted
Peanut Butter, chunky or creamy*
Banana, peeled and thinly sliced
Unsweetened coconut flakes, optional
Directions
- Cut dates in half and pit them
- Fill each date half with approx. 1 tsp. of peanut butter
- Carefully press a slice of banana into peanut butter
- Sprinkle with a little bit of unsweetened coconut flakes, if using
- Enjoy!
Notes
*Almond butter would be a nice alternative to peanut butter, in case of allergy
