I love ketchup with my baked fries, but don’t want all the sugar and salt that come with it. Here is my solution. It’s really not quite a recipe, it’s sooo simple.
Tomato paste, no-salt added
- To a small bowl add equal amounts of roasted red pepper sauce and tomato paste. Start with 1-2 Tbsp. each, and adjust from there to your liking.
- Stir well and serve.
I like to use tomato paste in a tube. It allows me to use smaller amounts and keeps longer. Look for a no-salt added brand.
