My lifelong passion for health, nutrition and wellness led me to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received certification as a Holistic Health Coach.
During my training I was introduced through lectures to Dr. T. Colin Campbell, PhD, co-author of “The China Study” and Dr. Neil Barnard,MD, founder of “Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine” (pcrm.org), both huge advocates for a plant-based lifestyle. Inspired and already a longtime vegetarian, I started eating a whole-food, plant-based diet. I was amazed how good I felt and I wanted to share with others the benefits of this optimal diet.
I also love cooking and eating whole, plant-based, no oil, foods and hope to inspire you and teach you about the healing benefits of a plant-based diet. In my program I am offering to guide you through the best nutritional choices available for you and show you how to turn your kitchen into a wellness center.
